Chameleon avatar for VRChat! Updated to SDK3, tested ready-to-use with full-body tracking.
INSTRUCTIONS: Create a fresh 2019.4.31f1 Unity project, import the latest version of the avatar 3.0 SDK, then import the unitypackage. After it imports, download and import Poiyomi 8.0, then publish the avatar as usual.

UPDATE 11/3/22: Updated to Poiyomi 8.0 and converted dynamic bones to physbones.
UPDATE 1/28/21: Fixed an issue with visemes not working.
UPDATE 11/28/20: Updated to a new shader to address the lack of scales, also fixed an issue where the mouth was stuck open without any visemes being active.
UPDATE 10/2/20: Updated the avatar to SDK3 and cleaned up the unitypackage to hopefully eliminate some problems. Blender file is no longer included as everything is already packaged into the FBX need you'd like to modify it.
UPDATE 8/10/20: The latest VRChat update may have broken the custom materials. I've defaulted to Unity Standard versions of the materials for now but I am still including the custom shaders in case it's a different problem entirely.
